We start in the morning picking you up from your hotel and transferring you to the local food market in San Pedro, which operates every day of the week with a variety of delicious items: cheeses, huge chuta oropesa, tropical fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices, fresh coca leaves and also some "strange" products that will amaze you. At the San Pedro market, passengers will receive an informative session from our chef about the local ingredients (yellow chili, quinoa, variety of potatoes, mushrooms, aguaymanto etc); you will also have the opportunity to buy them and negotiate prices with local suppliers. Then, our chef will invite us to his place, where he will have his apron ready to start the private culinary lesson. We will start with the elaboration of the most famous drink in Peru, our Pisco Sour; then, together with the visitors, the chef will continue the preparation of the Peruvian main courses and appetizers and, to close on a high note, he will prepare a rich traditional dessert.
