The Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu Tour in 2 days will allow you to enjoy the scenic beauty of the Sacred Valley and its history, its Inca architecture, its handicraft markets, its gastronomy and its mild climate. In this tour we cannot miss Machu Picchu recognized as one of the seven Wonders of the World, surrounded by cloud forests and mountain landscapes.
We start the 2 day tour, picking you up in the morning from your hotel, to tour the Sacred Valley. First we will visit the town of Pisac. characterized by its artisan market and its Archaeological Park that make it very attractive.
At noon we will enjoy a buffet lunch in the town of Urubamba, then visit the Ollantaytambo fortress on a guided tour, then walk a few blocks to the train station after the tour will board the train to the town of Aguas Calientes, in a journey of approximately 01 hour and 45 minutes, where you can spend the night. Night in Aguas Calientes.
In the morning, early in the morning, we will transfer you to the bus station to go up to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Sanctuary. The trip lasts 25 minutes, finally reaching the Inca citadel.
The Machu Picchu tour, offers a spectacular guided tour of approximately 02 hours. You will learn about one of the seven wonders of the world, important aspects of the Inca culture, the development of their stone constructions, with unique buildings, full of mystery and energy, hidden in their stones carved with chisels and other percussion tools.
In the afternoon you will board the return train and we will pick you up from the station to transfer you to your hotel in Cusco.

Your Sacred Valley tour will start early morning. You will visit Pisac, Urubamba and Ollantaytambo. Pisac is located 33 km from Cusco. It belonged to the Inca Pachacutec also it was used with agricultural and ceremonial purposes. You will have a guided tour in this place so you get to know better the history and its culture. After the tour in Pisac ends, we will take you to Urubamba that is 39 km from Pisac, where you will have a buffet lunch so you can repair your energies, after your lunch, you will be transported to Ollantaytambo where you will appreciate one Incas Fortress with a guided tour.
Ollantaytambo is a small village and an important archaeological site in Cusco, it was built by Inca Pachacutec as a ceremony centre Later, you will go to the train Station, which is located in this town, you will board the train that will take you to Aguas Calientes. Aguas Calientes is located 30,5 km from Ollantaytambo, in this beautiful place you can hang out with your family or friends by doing a walk through the stone paths, you can visit the main square, you can have a nice dinner in one of the many restaurants around or you can enjoy of the thermal baths.
You will spend a night in a hotel in Aguas Calientes.
The next morning of your 2 days tour Machu Picchu + Sacred Valley you will go to the bus stop where you can take the bus that will take you to the Citadel of Machu Picchu, it is a 25 minutes trip. Once you get to the Incas Fortress our tour guide will explain to you all the history and will give you a tour through the stones paths so you get to appreciate all constructions.
In Machu Picchu you will find many buildings made of well carved stones, big rocks that they used to transport from the top of the mountains to the Citadel, and many feats that they achieved without the machines that are currently used, also many constructions that had holded many earthquakes without damages.
You will have time to take a freely walk through Machu Picchu before we descend to Aguas Calientes where you will take the return train to Ollantaytambo where our driver will wait for you to take you to your hotel in Cusco. Concluding your Sacred Valley and Machu Picchu Tour.
