There is in this area a traditional village housing the perhaps most beautiful chapel in Latin America. Called the Sistine Chapel of America, the people who proudly welcomes dons its small but beautiful houses and old houses of the landowners of the colony.

Pisac Town
Also called Pisac, it is a district of Calca province in Cusco region. This urban center is the entrance of the valley due to its location at the beginning of the valley.

Ollantaytambo Town
It is a town on the sacred valley that in the past was a big town that covered all the area plains and the slopes and summits of the mountain that holds the fortress. Besides it is considered to be the last town that was populated by the Incas descendents.

Chinchero Town
It is the most traditional town of the sacred valley which is an Inca town that the Spaniards wanted to “civilize” to set their culture but they were not able to do it completely.

Maras Town
It is a small town on a plain land that in the past was a place from where they could see snowcapped mountains of the sacred valley. Maras was occupied when Cusco citizens left the Inca palaces in Cusco and had to migrate to other small towns as Maras and San Sebastian.
