Itinerary for Pisac Rope Descent Tour

Canyoning is one of the most exciting experiences that take place in our region. This adventure is considered the best way to experience an adrenaline rush and live an incredible experience. To begin our tour, we will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco around 9:00 a.m. and head towards Corao, which is located 55 minutes northeast of Cusco. Along the way, you will be able to appreciate beautiful Andean landscapes, small villages, and the local people going about their daily activities.

Once we arrive at our camp in Qoya, we will prepare all the necessary equipment for our extreme sport and start the descent of the canyons. But not before checking your equipment, harnesses, wetsuits, ropes, and carabiners. Our guide will provide you with all the necessary information about this equipment, how to use it, and the route we should follow, so you can enjoy this tour without fear and embark on our planned journey downwards. So, don't worry about that.

We will then begin the descent in a dry area, which will serve as part of our practice before we start our main objective. We will head towards the canyon and begin the rappelling down a waterfall surrounded by wild flora. You will descend the canyons alongside our guide, experiencing a great adrenaline rush as the rappels can be as long as 10, 15, and 20 meters. It will truly be an exciting experience.

After this incredible activity, we will take a break and share our experiences of this sport. We will then enjoy a delicious outdoor Andean lunch before finally returning to the city of Cusco in our private transportation, at approximately 5:00 p.m. And with that, we conclude our 6-hour adventure of rappelling and rope descent in Pisac in Cusco.
