Short description Tour of the transforms in Peru

All the locations reviewed are located in Cusco.

We will go through the places to live the "Transformers" experience. The first is the Qoricancha, a sacred enclosure where the Inca priests performed rituals dedicated to the Sun God and deities.

It is here that researcher Elena Wallace and her curiosity leads her to discover a secret alien hideout.

The esplanade of Sacsayhuaman, this Inca building was made in honor of Illapa, the God of Lightning,

The autobots land on Sacsayhuaman. It is here that they will plan the next steps to find the missing part of the key that will allow them to return to their world.

We will finish in the Plaza de Armas of Cusco, which in the Inca period was known as "Auccay Pata", where the characters Elena (Dominique Fishback) and Noah (Anthony Ramos) come across the celebration of the CUSQUEÑA festivities.

Once in Machu Picchu, our guide will begin the guided tour so that you can better understand the history and architecture of the Inca City of Machu Picchu. You will be amazed by the Inca constructions and enclosures, it is here where the autobots and their maximal allies join forces to fight the terrorcons.

We will continue our journey to the Manu National Reserve, a variety of flora and fauna within the Peruvian Amazon recognized worldwide as the largest biosphere reserve.

ARRIVAL IN CUSCO - WALKING TOUR - SACSAYHUMAN - QORICANCHA

Our Transformers tour in Cusco begins with a welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Cusco. In the afternoon, we will pick you up from the hotel and start our city tour.

We will start our tour at the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun). This marvelous site is considered sacred as it housed different rooms where Inca priests performed rituals dedicated to the Sun God, the Moon, the Stars, the Rainbow, Thunder, and Lightning.

Sacsayhuaman, its Quechua name means "satisfied falcon" and it was built with enormous stone blocks. In the Inca era, it was known as the "House of the Sun" and was a significant religious center in the local tradition. Our tour ends around 6:00 p.m. near the Plaza de Armas in Cusco, which in the Inca period was known as "Auccay Pata," meaning "The most important place,"

This site was the origin of QOSQO (Cusco) as a city. The Plaza de Armas in Cusco was the political and economic center of many civilizations.

Overnight in Cusco hotel.

We are delighted to enjoy the Cusco locations that were captured on film, filled with action, adventure, and the beloved Autobots, and now the Maximals:

Qoricancha:

It is here that the investigator Elena Wallace and her curiosity about the strange marks on the eagle figurine realize their connection to some hieroglyphs found in the Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun), where she discovers a secret alien hideout.

Saqsaywaman:

The Autobots land in the remains of the esplanade of the ceremonial center of Sacsayhuaman. From here, they have an excellent view of the city of Cusco.

Plaza de Armas:

Elena Wallace and Noah Diaz donned traditional regional attire to blend in and go unnoticed by the Predacons as they made their way to the Qoricancha temple, passing through the crowd gathered in the Plaza de Armas, where Cusqueñas festivities are taking place. They admire the various floats, folk dances from the region, live music, and vibrant colors all around.

SACRED VALLEY OF THE INCAS - AGUAS CALIENTES

Full-day excursion to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.

Early in the morning at 8:00 a.m., we will pick you up from your hotel and start by visiting the Pisac Archaeological Center. One good reason to visit Pisac is its artisan market. At noon, we will head to the town of Urubamba where we will enjoy lunch and delicious Peruvian cuisine. In the afternoon, we will visit the Ollantaytambo Fortress. This is where we will take the train from Ollantaytambo to the town of Aguas Calientes. Overnight stay in Aguas Calientes.

Copia De Explorinca 2

AGUAS CALIENTES – MACHU PICCHU

Early in the morning, we will transfer to the bus station to ascend to the Machu Picchu Archaeological Sanctuary, where you will witness the breathtaking sunrise and recharge your energy while enjoying the impressive view offered by the magical citadel of Machu Picchu. Once in Machu Picchu, our guide will begin the guided tour for you to gain a better understanding of the history and architecture of the Inca city of Machu Picchu. In the afternoon, we will board the train back.

Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo, we will pick you up from the station and transfer you to your hotel in Cusco. Overnight stay in Cusco.

Important: Timings may vary based on train schedules.

Machu Picchu

Machu Picchu serves as the perfect setting for one of the action scenes in the movie "Transformers: Rise of the Beasts." In this scene, the clash between the Autobots and Maximals, and the Predacons led by Scourge, takes place. Here, you can appreciate the terraces and citadel of the Incas (Cusqueños).

CUSCO – PUERTO RÍO ATALAYA - ECOMANU LODGE

We depart from Cusco early in the morning in our comfortable transportation and travel through mountains, beautiful valleys, rural communities, and visit Ninamarca Chullpas (tombs), which belong to the pre-Inca culture (Lupacas). Then, we will ascend the final mountain and reach Acjanaco, which is the entrance to Manu National Park. After this, we will descend into the mysterious cloud forest, which has a great variety of flora and fauna. In the afternoon, we will take a hike in this evergreen cloud forest, where we can see the famous Peruvian bird (Cock-of-the-Rock) with its fascinating red colors. After passing through this beautiful humid mountain forest and small Amazonian villages, we will arrive at the Atalaya River Port, the main tourist port of Manu National Park. Here, we will board our motorized boat and navigate this Madre de Dios River to our EcoManu Lodge. Dinner and accommodation at the lodge.

The scenes of the lush jungle where the Autobots meet the rest of the Maximals were filmed in the Peruvian jungle, located in the eastern region of Peru. It makes sense that a forest with such characteristics serves as a home for the animals represented by the Maximals. However, in reality, there is no such place within the Cusco department.

ECOMANU LODGE FIRST EXPLORATION

Early in the morning, you will wake up to the songs of the Amazonian birds and the lush Amazon rainforest. Here, we will enjoy a healthy breakfast. It's a day to explore the primary forest, where we will appreciate colorful birds and giant ceiba trees, giant fig trees, rubber trees, and many air plants. It's a great opportunity for climbing and swinging. During this hike, our expert guide will explain about medicinal plants and their properties.

In the afternoon, after tea time, we head to the mammal clay lick, a special place in the Amazon rainforest. After just 30 minutes walking towards the forest, we will arrive at a large wooden platform over 4 m high that will allow us to see several mammals. This is a truly fascinating and unforgettable experience where you become completely one with nature, sleeping among the trees and listening to the sounds of nearby animals.

Nighttime activities are available every evening. These include night walks, talks on different topics, and caiman spotting.

ECOMANU LODGE SECOND EXPLORATION

Early in the morning, we depart and take our motorized boat to the small clay lick (clay wall) on the riverbank, where hundreds of noisy parakeets, parrots, and small macaws come to feed on the mineral-rich clay. We then continue by boat along the Madre de Dios River to visit Machuwasi (lake), and with the help of our telescope, we will appreciate many families of hoatzins (primitive bird), horned screamer, hawk, herons, capybara (largest rodent in the world), and if we're lucky, an anaconda.

As night falls, we can go into the forest with our flashlight and search for some caimans, frogs, owls, and many other nocturnal creatures around the lake. Overnight in our comfortable EcoManu lodge.

DIA 7

ECOMANU LODGE - CUSCO CITY

Early in the morning, we will have our fresh breakfast. After a 20-minute boat ride upstream, we will arrive at the small river port of Atalaya, where our transportation will be waiting for us and will take us back to Cusco. On the way back, we can make frequent stops to observe some birds in the cloud forest. We will arrive in Cusco at approximately 16:00 hours to transfer you to the airport for your return flight.

NOTE: The movie was fully dubbed into Quechua by fans. With this gesture of revaluing our own language of the Cusqueños in its expansion, the film was able to reach thousands of Quechua speakers in the region. It should be noted that only the scene of the conversation between Amaru and Optimus Primal mentioned below was respected in Quechua in all existing official dubs.

  • Amaru: Qusikuni jamuskayquimanta machukausaq masillay. (I'm glad you came to our town, old friend.)
  • Optimus Primal: Allillanchu wayqey (How are you, brother?)

DAY 1: ARRIVAL IN CUSCO - WALKING TOUR - SACSAYHUAMAN - QORICANCHA

Our Transformers tour in Cusco starts with a welcome at the airport and transfer to your hotel in Cusco. In the afternoon, we will pick you up from the hotel and begin our city tour.

We will start our tour at Qoricancha (Temple of the Sun). This marvelous site is considered sacred as it housed different rooms where Inca priests performed rituals dedicated to the Sun God, the Moon, the Stars, the Rainbow, Thunder, and Lightning.

Sacsayhuaman, its Quechua name meaning "satisfied falcon," was built with enormous stone blocks. In the Inca era, it was known as the "House of the Sun" and served as a significant religious center in the local tradition. Finally, we will arrive at the central streets of Cusco to visit the main locations where the movie was filmed, such as the Santa Ana neighborhood and the historic center.

Our tour ends at approximately 6:00 p.m. near the Plaza de Armas in Cusco, which in the Inca period was known as "Auccay Pata," meaning "The most important place." It was a large square measuring around 250 meters long by 120 meters wide, divided into large courtyards and Cusco's (Inca) precincts.

This site was the origin of QOSQO (Cusco) as a city and served as a place for the exchange of products, ideas, concepts, traditions, and customs. The Plaza de Armas in Cusco was the political and economic epicenter of many civilizations before the arrival of the conquistadors in Cusco in 1534.

Overnight stay in Cusco.

We are delighted to enjoy the Cusco locations that were captured on the big screen in this action-packed movie, filled with adventure and our beloved Autobots and now the Maximals:

From here, they can observe the Qoricancha and the Plaza de Armas.

Plaza de Armas:

Elena Wallace and Noah Diaz disguised themselves in traditional costumes of the region to blend in and go unnoticed by the Predacons as they make their way to the Qoricancha temple, passing through the crowd gathered in the

Plaza de Armas, where the Cusco festivities are taking place. They witness the different allegorical floats, folk dances from the region, live music, and a vibrant display of colors.

Descending into the mysterious cloud forest, we encounter a wide variety of flora and fauna, making it an ideal home for epiphytes, orchids, bromeliads, and towering trees. In the afternoon, we will take a hike in this perpetual cloud forest, where we can observe the famous Peruvian bird, the Andean cock-of

-the-rock, with its fascinating red colors, along with quetzals, toucans, monkeys, and, if lucky, the only spectacled bear in South America, the Tremantus ornatus. After traversing this beautiful mountain rainforest and small Amazonian villages, we will reach the Atalaya River Port, the main tourist port of Manu National Park. DAY 5: ECOMANU LODGE - FIRST EXPLORATION

Early in the morning, you will wake up to the song of Amazonian birds and the lush Amazon rainforest. Here, we will enjoy a healthy breakfast. It's a day to explore the primary forest, where we will encounter many colorful birds such as scarlet macaws, crimson-crested woodpeckers, blue-fronted jacamars, black-tailed trogons, white-throated toucans, families of monkeys, and peccaries. Towering giant ceiba and fig trees, rubber trees, and numerous air plants with large intertwined lianas make it an ideal environment for reciprocal living. It's a great opportunity to climb and swing like a true Tarzan. An unforgettable experience! During this hike, our expert guide will explain about medicinal plants and their properties.

In the afternoon, after tea time, we will head to the mammal clay lick. This special place exists in the Amazon rainforest. After a 30-minute walk into the forest, we will reach a large wooden platform over 4 meters high, facing the clay lick, which allows us to observe various mammals such as the Brazilian tapir, peccaries, deer, and, if lucky, the largest feline in South America, the jaguar (Panthera onca). The observation platform includes mattresses and mosquito nets for waiting until the mammals arrive. It's a truly fascinating and unforgettable experience where you become one with nature, sleeping among the trees and listening to the sounds of nearby animals.

Night activities are available every evening, ranging from night walks to talks on different topics and caiman spotting.

DAY 6: ECOMANU LODGE - SECOND EXPLORATION

Early in the morning, we depart and take our motorized boat to the small clay lick (mineral wall of clay) on the riverbank, where hundreds of noisy parakeets, parrots, and small macaws come to feed on the mineral-rich soil and salt supplement found in this clay. After this fantastic and beautiful display, we will have a healthy breakfast in a beautiful location along the Madre de Dios River. We will then continue by boat along the Madre de Dios River to visit Machuwasi (lake), and with the help of our telescope, we will appreciate many families of hoatzins (a primitive bird), horned screamers, hawks, herons, capybaras (the
