South Valley Bicycle Tour

Day 01

South Valley by Bike

We will visit the South Valley, Coriorco Hill, and Andahuaylillas. The tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Cusco at 8:00 AM. After a 1-hour and 30-minute car ride, we arrive at the starting point of our bike ride. We will ride along a well-maintained trail through the stunning landscapes of the South Valley and arrive at an incredible eucalyptus forest. Next, we will visit the communities of Churubamba and Seccencalle.

After a pleasant walk, we will have lunch in Andahuaylillas, a picturesque village known for its chapel, renowned for its unique collection of artworks. It is even called the 'Sistine Chapel of Andahuaylillas,' making it a must-see on your visit to Cusco. We will return to Cusco around 5 p.m., followed by a transfer to your hotel.

South Valley Bike Tour Itinerary

We will pick you up from your hotel in Cusco at 8:00 AM. The car ride takes approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes. Upon arrival, we will prepare and adjust the bicycles. This is where our adventure begins, traveling along a well-maintained trail through the stunning landscapes of the South Valley. We will arrive at an incredible eucalyptus forest, where we recommend taking pictures. Then we will visit the communities of Churubamba and Seccencalle.

After a pleasant walk to recharge, we will have lunch in Andahuaylillas, a picturesque village known in part for its Sistine Chapel, 'San Pablo Apóstol,' built around the 16th century, with a unique wealth of works of art. The chapel is also called the Sistine Chapel of Andahuaylillas or 'The Sistine Chapel of America,' a place not to be missed on your visit to Cusco. We will return to Cusco around 5 PM, concluding our bike tour in the South Valley, followed by a transfer back to your hotel.
