Day 01

INDIVIDUAL TOUR TO MACHU PICCHU

In the morning, we will start our journey by picking you up from your hotel to head to the train company's bus terminal. In a comfortable bus from the train company, we will embark on a journey of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes through the landscapes of the Peruvian Andes until we reach the Ollantaytambo train station. From there, you will board the train to Aguas Calientes, a journey that will provide spectacular views and a unique opportunity to contemplate nature at its best.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our guide will be waiting to provide personalized assistance and take you on a short 25-minute bus ride to Machu Picchu. Upon entering the Inca Citadel, our guide will start a comprehensive tour, revealing the history, architecture, and natural wonders of this iconic site. This 2 to 3-hour experience will be a perfect opportunity to recharge and capture memorable moments.

Once the tour is concluded, you will return to Aguas Calientes by bus, where you will have free time to explore, have lunch in one of the village's restaurants, and relax. Later, you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo, where you will board the return bus to Cusco, where we will pick you up to take you to your hotel in Cusco, thus concluding this 1-day solo traveler tour to Machu Picchu.

On the day of your Machu Picchu visit, we will pick you up from your hotel and take you to the bus terminal. From there, you will embark on a 1-hour and 30-minute journey through the majestic Peruvian Andes to the Ollantaytambo train station. This journey will provide panoramic views and a glimpse of the customs of the local inhabitants. You will board a train that will take you along the Vilcanota River to Aguas Calientes in a journey of approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, enjoying the scenery of mountains and Andean villages of Cusco.

Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes, our professional guide will greet you and accompany you to the bus terminal for a 25-minute journey to the Historical Sanctuary of Machu Picchu, located at the top of the mountain. Here, you will begin a guided tour of approximately 2 to 3 hours of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu, where you will learn about its history, architecture, and the culture surrounding this mystical place. You will have the opportunity to take photos with the iconic view of Machu Picchu (Panoramic view of Machu Picchu).

After the tour, we will return to Aguas Calientes by bus, and you will have the opportunity to explore Machu Picchu town on your own, enjoying its charming streets, craft centers, and a wide variety of gastronomic options, immersing yourself in the local culture.
