We are within days of the biggest food fair in Latin America, Mistura 2014. This show exposes the rich cuisine backed by the great biodiversity of Peru, will be held in the Green Coast of Magdalena del Mar from 6 to 15 September.
Mistura is the fair to expose and pay tribute to the core values of Peruvian cuisine, such as small farmers, cooks, bakers, waiters, restaurants, institutes kitchen, diners and of course the great biodiversity of Peru.
It is worth mentioning that this year will have the presence of the chef and restaurateur Alain Ducasse - first to get the same year three Michelin stars in three of its restaurants.
