Information: Leandro Alviña is a state institution created by means of the Supreme Resolution Nº 11628, on February 6th in 1950, as the music regional school of Cusco, since then, it has been offering a valuable work in order to spread the musical formation. It is the only organization of its kind all over the southeastern region of Peru.
