Indecopi is performing regulatory tasks [english]
Indecopi, the is currently performing regulatory and informative tasks to let all travel agencies, tour operators and tourists (national and foreign) that the destination of Machu Picchu is temporarily closed.
The Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism reported that visits to the Historic Sanctuary of Machu Picchu are closed, since January 24, 2010 to date, as a security measure against the imminent danger of natural phenomena.
