Cusco city is OK, you will not be able to visit Machupicchu, the Sacred Valley or do Inca Trail… but the city is full of amazing places to see. Airport and hotels, everything in Cusco City is working normally. So don’t cancel your vacations to Peru. Cusco needs lots of volunteers these days.Gracias
