Huacarpay district of Cusco, “is missing from the map” the entire district was inundated by the lake and the river made thousands of people homeless, people are sleeping in the hills without water unprotected without light and food, so far no political authority support regional or area. The Peruvian army came but can’t do much.

El distrito de Huacarpay en cusco, literalmete “desaperecio del mapa” todo el distrito quedo inundado por la laguna y el rio miles de damnificados , la gente duerme en los cerros sin proteccion sin agua potable sin luz y sin comida, hasta ahora ninguna autoridad politica ni regional ayuda esta zona . el ejercito peruano acudio pero no pueden hacer mucho.
