El 27 de junio, el pasaje Santa Rosa del Centro de Lima se convertirá en el bulevar de las cebicherías del Perú.
El cebiche estará de fiesta: La Asociación de Restauradores Marinos y Afines del Perú (ARMAP), en coordinación con la Municipalidad de Lima, realizará el 27 de junio un festival gastronómico en honor a nuestro plato de bandera.
Antonio Navarro, director de Proyectos de ARMAP, indicó que los restaurantes prepararán platos marinos al frío como cebiche clásico, cebiche mixto y diferentes tipos de tiraditos, que serán ofrecidos a los asistentes en porciones que costarán entre 5 y 10 soles.
“Generalmente, en una cebichería un plato puede llegar a costar entre 20 y 30 soles, pero en esta oportunidad todos podrán degustar lo mejor de nuestra cocina marina a precios populares”, añadió.
