URUBAMBA RIVER [English]
As a tributary of the Ucayali river, the Urubamba River runs through much of the Cusco Region with the name of Vilcanota river, but while passing through the town of Urubamba is named, and before reaching the Amazon, through the last mountains forming the Pongo of Mainique.
